Chocolate Oatmeal30 g
Milk of choice30 ml
Ground golden flaxseed1 coffee spoon
Olive oil1 coffee spoon
Liquid (or other) sweetener to taste
Baking powder1/2 coffee spoon
Orange zest to taste

I added all the ingredients, beating very well. I let the dough rest (I made it the day before the night).
I heated the waffle maker, previously greased with a little oil, put the dough and let it cook until golden.
I drizzled with the beautiful cocoa & whey syrup (1 Scoop of whey + 1 tsp of pure cocoa powder + water until set).
Serve hot 🤤
