- white chocolate200 g
- from Rum1 teaspoon

- Nest milk1/2 cup

- Nest Milk2 tablespoon
- 📍 Stuffing Chop the white chocolate and melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds, stirring constantly until completely melted.
- Add the Rum, the cream and the Ninho milk.
- Mix well and refrigerate for approximately 3 hours to gain consistency.
- 📍 Assembly Cut the lid of the 500g panettone and open a cavity, leaving a space of 2 centimeters thick all around.
- Pour the truffle filling, spread a thin layer around the edge of the panettone to seal and put the lid on. For the topping, melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
- Spread over the panettone and sprinkle Ninho milk over the top.
