- Black Cocoa Powder200 g
- box of sour cream150 g
- box of condensed milk395 g
- hydrated colorless gelatine envelope12 g
- In a pan add the black cocoa powder, the milk, the cream and the condensed milk, mix the ingredients while they are still cold. Now take the pan with the ingredients to heat. Lastly, add the already hydrated colorless gelatin along with the other ingredients, stir for another 2 minutes. As soon as the Panna Cotta base is ready, pour it into silicone molds and take it to the fridge for 2 hours.
- Walnut Praline 400 g of walnuts Half cup of brown sugar 1 vanilla pod Preparation mode: In a pan, add the brown sugar and the vanilla bean, stir well until it reaches the caramel point. Once it reaches the caramel point, remove the pan from the heat and add the walnuts and stir well. Pour the caramel with the walnuts on top. greased with butter or oil and let it cool. Once the caramel cools, break it into pieces and set aside.
