- Skimmed milk200 ml
- Oats6 tablespoon
- Cocoa 50%1 tablespoon
- Whey Protein2 unit(s)
- Strawberries to taste
- Chocolate to taste
- In a pan, add the milk and oats
- When it reaches the point of porridge, add the cocoa (of your preference), I use 50%, stir over low heat.
- Turn it off, and add your whey protein, mix, place on the plate.
