- Crystal sugar1 cup
- Warm water1/2 cup
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Whole milk800 ml
- Cocoa powder1 cup
- For the caramel: Place the granulated sugar in a pan over low heat and let it melt until it reaches an amber color. After adding the warm water and stirring so that it doesn't clump. Let it settle for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and reserve.
- For the pudding: Take the eggs, condensed milk, cocoa powder and whole milk to the blender. Beat until completely mixed and set aside.
- Mounting: Add the caramel in a shape with a hole in the middle. After adding the pudding liquid passing through a sieve to remove the air and the pudding mass to be smooth Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place it inside another larger mold to cook in a bain-marie. Oven temperature should be 180°. For about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Once cooked, place in the fridge for about 6 hours. To easily unmold, I recommend that you heat the bottom of the pan.
