Derreta o açúcar com o vinagre e passe em uma forma para pudim.

Melt the sugar with the vinegar and pour it into a pudding mold.

Em um liquidificador coloque todos os demais ingredientes, e bata por 3 minutos. 

Place all other ingredients in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.

Coloque o conteúdo na forma de pudim e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° e cozinhe em banho-maria por 50 min.

Put the contents in the pudding mold and take it to the oven preheated to 180° and cook in a bain-marie for 50 min.
