- Chocolate powder2 cup
- Sour cream1 cup
- Take a pan, add the sugar and melt it until golden.
- Add the hot water, stir with a spoon and let it boil until everything dissolves and the syrup thickens, adding chocolate powder and milk cream for the topping. Now place this topping on a glass baking sheet.
- Then, in the blender, beat the condensed milk, the remaining chocolate powder, the eggs, the liquid milk until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- Then pour it on the baking sheet, where the topping is. Covering with aluminum foil and placing in a preheated oven at 160 degrees, in a water bath with hot water for 1 hour. Then remove from the oven, let it cool and put it in the fridge for 3 hours. Then remove from the roast, with the help of a knife, separating the edges and then serving.
