- Wheat flour with yeast1 cup

- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Dark chocolate150 g
- Sour cream1 cup
- Place the flour, egg, butter, salt and cream in a blender and blend. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Unite the quiche form with butter and flour, put the dough made in the form and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 10 minutes.
- Then, in a pan, place the butter, a little cream, sugar and dark chocolate. Drain, stir and mix the ingredients to form a creamy chocolate consistency.
- Now put it on top of the already made quiche dough and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Then you can consume.
