- Semi-sweet chocolate bar150 g
- Beat the egg whites.
- Add sugar, egg yolks and beat until smooth.
- Add the oil, chocolate powder and wheat flour then the yeast.
- Grease a mold with butter and chocolate powder.
- Add the dough in the form, square and medium.
- Bake for a maximum of 15 minutes. Always on the lookout not to miss the point.
- While it bakes, we go to the frosting, in a pan put the condensed milk and let it cook until it gets firm for the filling, let it cool.
- When the dough is baked you will place it on a dish towel, do not wait for it to cool, add the stuffing and roll until it looks like the one in the photo.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate and then add the cream and stir, then just place it over the roulade and garnish with the strawberries. You can eat any way you want.
