- Maizena Biscuit250 g
- Butter100 g
- Sugar100 g
- Cocoa powder50 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Icing sugar to taste
- Melt the butter and leave at room temperature. Roughly crush the cornstarch biscuit so that it is in medium pieces. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk, add the butter, sugar, cocoa and mix well. Add the biscuit and mix well.
- Arrange the dough on a sheet of aluminum foil and make a salami shape, cover with another sheet and take it to the fridge for at least 4 hours, or to the freezer. Unwrap and cut into slices
