- Chocolate 70%200 g
- Amarena to taste
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds, stirring after each break until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Add the milk cream to this chocolate and stir until all the ingredients are mixed and set aside. If you want, add the options, such as amarena in syrup.
- Beat the fresh cream in the mixer for approximately 5 minutes until it becomes whipped cream (hard peaks)
- Add this whipped cream little by little to the chocolate mixture, stirring gently from bottom to top, until all the ingredients are incorporated.
- Place the semifreddo in bowls, decorate with chocolate shavings and crumble and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
