- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Water1.1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla1 tablespoon
- Chocolate coating1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine1 tablespoon
- Place the egg whites in the mixer and beat for 5 minutes.
- Gradually add the sugar and beat on high for 15 minutes. It will be a fluffy dough and double in volume.
- Decrease the speed and place the gems 1 by 1
- Make a mixture with the oil, water and heat on the stove or microwave.
- Alternate this chocolate mixture with the wheat in the mixer on low speed. Put the vanilla and wick
- Turn off the mixer and add the yeast stirring with a spoon or whisk.
- Place in a large greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes or so.
- For the topping, heat the ingredients until they come off the bottom of the pan. Toss on the cake while it is still warm.
