- Butter (not margarine)100 g
- Sugar100 g
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour with yeast250 g
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Semi-sweet chocolate for the bath300 g
- Process the butter together with the sugar until it forms a sand.
- Sum the yolk and essence and reprocess
- Add the flour and process again until it forms a ball (if necessary add cold water with a teaspoon; gradually)
- Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Stretch the dough to 1 cm thick and cut small sticks (you can round the ends with your fingers)
- Place them on a low roast or plate greased with butter and put them in a preheated oven at 220° until they brown slightly.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack until completely cooled. Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie or in the microwave every 15 seconds.
- Bathe the sticks with the help of a fork and leave them on a silicone mat or parchment paper until they are hard.
- Store in tightly closed glass jars. They sure won't last long đ€Ł
