- Chocolate powder1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Milk2 cup
- Wheat flour or cornstarch2 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Sift the cocoa powder and flour into a deep pan. Add the sugar and milk and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- When it boils, lower the temperature to minimum and let it boil for 6 minutes or until it thickens, always stirring well.
- When it's almost ready, add the butter and wait for it to melt. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups of syrup.
- This syrup can be used in cakes, waffles, ice cream and wherever else you want!
