- In a pan I put the milk cream and mixed it well with the chocolate, I took it to the low fire, always stirring so it doesn't burn. It was on the fire for 10 minutes until it was a very thick syrup, I turned off the fire, transferred the syrup to a container and let it cool completely. Once cold, just use it to cover cakes, pies, pies, it has a wonderful consistency, it looks like a ganache, super easy and delicious.
