- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Warm water200 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Brown Sugar4 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Oil100 ml
- Strawberry Juice Powder20 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Strawberries250 g
- condensed milk200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder for the brigadeiro2 tablespoon
- Granulated chocolate to taste
- In the blender I beat the eggs, oil, water, sugar, chocolate powder, lastly I added the flour and the yeast, mixed with a spatula, poured into a greased and floured pool cake tin, took it to the oven for 30 minutes.
- In a pan I started to prepare the brigadeiro, I mixed the condensed milk, the two spoons of chocolate and the butter and over low heat I stirred until it started to detach from the bottom of the pan, turned off the heat and let it cool.
- In a container the cream and juice and mixed well with a fuê until it was very creamy.
- After the brigadeiro cooled down, I rolled it up and passed it through the sprinkles.
- I took the cake out of the oven and let it cool. I poured the mixture of milk cream and juice on top of the cake, decorated with strawberries and brigadeiros.
