- Chocolate cream: 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of cow's milk (the size of a can of condensed milk) 1 tablespoon (dessert) corn starch 2 gems 4 spoons of chocolate powder
- Roof: 4 egg whites 4 spoons of sugar 1 can of whey-free cream
- In a bowl, mix the milk and chocolate powder until completely dissolved.
- Soak the cookies in milk and set aside.
- white cream: In a pan, take all the ingredients to the medium fire and mix until you get a thick and creamy consistency.
- Chocolate cream: Repeat the process done in the white cream.
- To the roof: Beat the egg whites with the sugar until you get a consistent cream, add the cream and mix gently.
- Mounting: In a large refractory, pour the white cream, half of the cookies, chocolate cream, cookies and snow whites.
- Repeat the process until you fill the entire refractory and take it to the fridge for 40 minutes.
