- • package of Maizena biscuits • 1/2 cup of milk • 1 spoon (dessert) of powdered chocolate | white cream: • 1 can of condensed milk •1 can of cow's milk (use the measure of the can of condensed milk) • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of corn starch • 2 egg yolks | chocolate cream : • 1 can of condensed milk • 1 can of cow's milk (the measure of the can of condensed milk) • 1 tablespoon (dessert) of corn starch • 2 egg yolks • 4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate | topping: 4 egg whites • 4 tablespoons of sugar • 1 can of whey-free cream1 dessert spoon
- In a bowl, mix the milk and 1 chocolate powder until completely dissolved. Soak the cookies in milk and set aside.
- Soak the cookies in milk and set aside.
- White cream: In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a medium heat and mix until you get a thick and creamy consistency.
- CHOCOLATE CREAM: Repeat the process done in the white cream.
- TO THE ROOF: Beat the egg whites with the sugar until you get a consistent cream, add the cream and mix gently.
- MOUNTING: In a large refractory, pour the white cream, half of the cookies, chocolate cream, cookies and snow whites.
- Repeat the process until you fill the entire refractory and take it to the fridge for 40 minutes.
