- Condensed milk - for the white cream1 can(s)
- Sour Cream - for the white cream1 can(s)
- Egg yolks (sifted) - for the white cream2 unit(s)
- Cornstarch (cornstarch) - for the white cream2 tablespoon
- Milk - for the chocolate cream300 ml
- Condensed milk - for the chocolate cream1 can(s)
- Sour cream - for the chocolate cream1 can(s)
- Chocolate or chocolate powder - for the chocolate cream3 tablespoon
- Cornstarch (cornstarch) - for the chocolate cream2 tablespoon
- Cornstarch Biscuit (packs)2 unit(s)
- For the white cream: in a pan place the ingredients and mix well
- Bring to the fire and stir non-stop, until you form a cream (no need to unglue from the pan)
- Turn off the pan and set aside
- Repeat the process for the chocolate cream
- Now mount on a platter, a layer of white cream, a layer of biscuit soaked in milk, a layer of chocolate cream and repeat the layers until finished.
- After assembly, place in the fridge.
