- Chocolate cream: 1 can of condensed milk 1 can of cow's milk (the size of a can of condensed milk) 1 tablespoon (dessert) corn starch 2 gems 4 spoons of chocolate powder
- Roof: 4 egg whites 4 spoons of sugar 1 can of whey-free cream
- mix milk and chocolate powder
- Soak the cookies in milk and set aside.
- white cream: bring all ingredients to medium heat and mix until thickened.
- Chocolate cream: same process done in white cream.
- To the roof: Beat the egg whites with the sugar until creamy, add the cream and mix gently.
- Mounting: In a large pyrex, pour the white cream, half of the biscuits, chocolate cream, cookies and egg whites.
- Repeat the process until the entire refractory is filled and refrigerate for 30 minutes or more.
- Decorate to your liking, it can be chopped or grated chocolate or strawberries cut in half or whole
