- girl's milk (can or box)395 g
- measure (from the can or box) of Liquid Milk1 unit(s)
- Chocolate powder 50%3 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Box of sour cream1 unit(s)
- Champagne cookie pack1 unit(s)
- Dark chocolate shavings50 g
- Confectioner's sugar for icing50 g
- In a pan, mix the MOÇA Milk, half of the NINHO Milk, the 50% Chocolate Powder and the corn starch and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until obtaining a creamy mixture.
- Remove from heat and add the cream. Reserve.
- Moisten the cookies in the remaining NEST MILK and place them next to each other in a rectangular refractory container (16 x 26 cm).
- Cover with a little of the Chocolate Cream.
- Place another layer of moistened cookies and another layer of chocolate cream.
- Decorate with NESTLÉ CLASSIC Chocolate shavings and sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Place in the fridge for about 6 hours and then serve.
