- Maizena Biscuit160 g
- Melted butter3/4 cup
- Cinnamon (optional)1/2 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate400 g
- Sour cream400 g
- Hazelnuts, chestnuts, almonds, walnuts or pecans (optional) to taste
- Grind the biscuit with the cinnamon in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add the butter and beat again until everything is well blended.
- Place in the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate with the cream until it forms a cream.
- Wait for it to cool and put it on top of the base, which should also be cold, and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour, to firm up.
- When it is firm, put the hazelnut on top. If you don't want to put anything on top, you don't need to, just with chocolate is already delicious.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before eating.
