- Dark chocolate600 g
- 2 boxes of condensed milk790 g
- 1 box of sour cream200 g
- 1 packet of shredded coconut100 g
- In a pan, place the grated coconut, condensed milk, cream and mix until smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it thickens and leaves the bottom of the pan. Let cool.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave for 1 minute, take 50ml capacity coffee cups and fill them with the melted chocolate and then turn the cup to remove the excess chocolate, forming just a cone in the cup.
- Place the cups in the fridge for 15 minutes. After that, fill the cups with the cold stuffing leaving a small border on top, fill with the melted chocolate forming a cap and take it back to the fridge for 15 minutes or until firm.
- Remove from the fridge, tear open the cups to unmold the truffles and serve.
