- Dark chocolate250 g
- Canned cream120 ml
- Gin or Rum1 tablespoon
- Honey1/4 cup
- Chocolate powder to decorate to taste
- In a pan, place the cream and honey. Heat until it starts to boil.
- Then pour into a refractory form that will be with the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Add the Gin (or Rum) and mix again. Let it freeze for at least 8 hours, covered with cling film.
- To make the balls, wet your hand with water, portion with a tablespoon and mold by squeezing with your hands.
- Finish by passing the chocolate powder.
- Return to the fridge for another hour.
- It's ready to eat! :)
