- Recipe
- Chocolate 70%200 g
- Sour cream150 ml
- Cocoa Powder to taste
- Cherry Liqueur1 teaspoon
- Fresh Cherry to taste
- Cherries in syrup (remove the syrup and reserve the cherries)3 tablespoon
- Powdered milk to sprinkle on top to taste
- In a pan put the cream with the cherry liqueur and mix
- Lower the heat and add the chopped chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts, turn off the heat.
- Take this chocolate cream to the freezer for an hour covered with cling film
- Cut the cherries in syrup into small pieces
- Take the chocolate cream out of the freezer and add the cherries cut into pieces and mix well
- Make the truffle balls the size you want
- Put the cocoa powder in a bowl and dip the truffles in the cocoa until everything is covered.
- Place the fresh cherry on top of the truffles
- Sprinkle powdered milk over the truffles if desired or place your truffles in decorative candy wrappers
- Serve then đđđ
