- Recipe
- For the dough: 2 eggs/half a cup of sugar/100ml of oil/half a cup of cocoa powder/half a cup of hot water/1cup of wheat flour/1tsp of instant coffee/half a tbsp of yeast chemical5 to taste
- For the paçoca brigadeiro: 1/2 lard of condensed milk / 1 bed of cream / 5 paçocas (separate a paçoca to decorate)1 unit(s)
- In the blender place the eggs, sugar, oil, hot water, cocoa powder, instant coffee and wheat flour, beat everything and lastly the yeast and just mix well. Place in a small hole roast already greased with margarine and cocoa powder. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes at 25 until you wait for the toothpick and it comes out clean.
- For the paçoca brigadeiro. In a pan put the condensed milk, the cream of milk and the paçocas, take it to the fire until it detaches from the bottom. Once the cake is ready, unmold and throw the brigadeiro over the cake and decorate with the paçoca.
