  • Fractionated chocolate200 g
  • Ice mold with 12 units to taste
  1. Fractionated chocolate coating has fractionated fat in its composition, making it ideal for making bonbons and toppings.
  2. Melt the fractionated chocolate for half a minute at medium temperature in the microwave oven.
  3. If necessary, cook for another half a minute.
  4. Gently stir the fractional coverage and pour over the molds, gently tapping the molds to remove any air bubbles.
  5. Take the fridge until it cools down completely. When unmolding it will come out easily.
  6. Excellent for gifting or complementing Easter eggs
