- Start by making the buttermilk, mix the milk and vinegar and set aside, then make a coffee and mix it with chocolate and set aside. In a bowl place the eggs and oil, mix lightly add the buttermilk (milk mixed with vinegar) the coffee mixed with chocolate. Mix everything, and add the sifted wheat flour and yeast, mix until a smooth mass. Add in a shape and bake for 45 minutes, or until the dough is completely ready, by doing the toothpick test, piercing the cake and the toothpick comes out clean. In preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°.
