- Coconut milk1/4 cup
- Honey1 dessert spoon
- Cinnamon Powder1 teaspoon

- In a bowl, combine the egg, coconut milk, honey and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Pass the slices of chocotone in this mixture and grill in a greased skillet with butter. Brown well on all sides.
- Tip: sprinkle powdered milk or serve with a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
