- 2 cm slices of chocolate2 unit(s)
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk20 ml
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
- Nutella100 g
- Berries to taste
- Icing sugar for sprinkling to taste
- In a plate, add the egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla and mix. Pass only one side of the slice of chocotone in this mixture and brown it in a hot skillet with butter.
- Place the Nutella over the slice of chocotone that is in the skillet and close with the other slice that was also dipped in the egg mixture.
- Turn the chocotone on the other side in the frying pan so that it browns on both sides.
- Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve with fruit of your choice. I used strawberry and blueberry.
