- Chocotone300 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Coarsely chop the chocotone by hand. Book some pieces to put in shape. The rest soak in milk and set aside.
- Make the caramel with the sugar and water. Put it in the mold and spread it along the sides. Place the chopped chocotone at the bottom of the mold, spreading it out well.
- Blend the rest of the ingredients and the reserved chocolate in the milk in a blender.
- Add the dough into the mold and place in a preheated oven at 180°, in a bain-marie and covered with aluminum foil. Let it bake for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and refrigerate for 4 hours.
