- condensed milk200 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Powdered milk2 tablespoon
- Milk chocolate200 g
- Semisweet Chocolate200 g
- Canned cream200 g
- Add all the condensed milk, cream and powdered milk. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly until you get the consistency of a creamy brigadeiro. Transfer to a refractory, cover with plastic wrap and only use when completely cold.
- Add all the chocolates with the cream and melt in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Mix until smooth. Debt in 2 parts. One part will be used for the filling and the other for the topping.
- Remove the lid from the chocotone and its core. Place the fillings in the cavity of the chocotone interspersing with some pieces of the chocotone that was removed. Close with the lid and cover with the ganache. Finish sprinkling with nest milk.
