- Dark Chocolate250 g
- Sifted Wheat Flour3/4 cup
- Melted Butter3/4 cup
- Sugar11/4 cup
- Cocoa Powder1/4 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Vanilla2 tablespoon
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Peanut50 g
- Nutella100 g
- Strawberries10 unit(s)
- whipped cream100 g
- Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt. Reserve. In a mixer beat the eggs until you form a whitish cream. Gradually add the sugar and then add the butter. Then put the vanilla and salt and beat some more.
- The last step is to gradually add the cornstarch, cocoa powder, wheat flour and melted chocolate. After everything mixed put the peanuts and stir with a spoon and take it to a greased shape. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cut the Brownie with a round cutter and assemble it as if it were a stuffed cookie, but with Nutella. Once assembled, make a circle with whipped cream on top of the brownie and place the strawberry on top and then drip the whipped cream on the tip of the strawberry. Ready a delicious hat of Santa Claus.
