Na batedeira coloque os ovos, açúcar, margarina , bata até ficar branquinho...
Adiciona o leite integral , a farinha de trigo , o amido de milho , bata tudo até ficar homogênea , adiciona o fermento em pó , bata levemente e por último uma colher de sopa das frutas cristalizadas , misture com ajuda de um fouet.

Add the whole milk, wheat flour, corn starch, beat everything until homogeneous, add the baking powder, beat lightly and finally a tablespoon of candied fruit, mix with the help of a fouet.

Transferir para uma forma untada e enfarinhada, assar em forno médio por uns 50 minutos.

Transfer to a greased and infarinhada shape, bake in medium oven for about 50 minutes.

Para cobertura, coloque o leite condensado numa vasilha e adiciona o suco do limão, mexa até ficar consistente.


For the topping, place the condensed milk in a bowl and add the lemon juice, stir until smooth.


Ao desenformar o bolo cubra-o com a cobertura do limão e coloque o restante das frutas cristalizadas.

When you unmold the cake, cover it with the lemon frosting and place the rest of the candied fruits.
