- Moça Integral Condensed Milk 395 g1 unit(s)
- Dry Sparkling Wine500 ml
- Fresh Sour Cream200 ml
- Colorless unflavored gelatin 2 sachets 12 g24 g
- Corn oil, for greasing + Water to taste
- Whipped cream to decorate to taste
- Strings of Eggs and Cherry to decorate to taste
- Choose 1 large 400 ml porcelain mug. In it, hydrate the gelatin, sprinkle over a little fresh cream, heat in the microwave for 45 seconds on high power. Stir, out of the microwave, until liquid.
- Choose the shape of your pudding. Grease with oil, wet with water, let it drain upside down, while making the recipe.
- Open 2 cans of Peaches, usually come with 7 nice fat halves, or 9 thin and small halves. Reserve some to decorate. We are not going to use the syrup, drain the syrup, despise the syrup. Place the rest of the peaches in the blender.
- Add the other ingredients: sparkling wine, condensed milk and cream. Liquidate well. Open the small lid of the larger lid, with the engine running, pour the dissolved gelatin. Delicious drink was born! It will be turned into Flan Pudding.
- Pour the vitamin drink into the greased form. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. This dessert can be made the day before and unmold on the day of serving.
