- Recipe
- Nut or almond or peanut paste4 tablespoon
- Medium rolled oats1 cup
- Rice Flour1/2 cup
- Brown sugar or xylitol sweetener2 tablespoon
- Cranberries1 cup
- Cranberries for decorating the cookies to taste
- Mix the nut paste with the brown sugar
- Add the oats and rice flour and mix well until smooth.
- Add the cranberries and mix well until balls form.
- Line a baking sheet with greased parchment paper or grease it with a little butter and oat bran.
- Flatten the balls with your hands in the shape of a cookie and place the cranberries on top to decorate
- Put the cookies in the form leaving a space between them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
- Ready đ great Fit option for Christmas or the end of the year đđ
