- Coconut milk200 ml
- Slices of naturally fermented artisan bread (I used artisan bread)4 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Brown sugar or organic demerara4 tablespoon
- Cinnamon Powder2 tablespoon
- Coconut oil4 tablespoon
- In a pan put the coconut milk and let it warm up a little
- Turn off the fire and let it cool down
- Place the egg in a bowl and beat with a fork until frothy.
- In another large pot (to fit the slices of bread) mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon powder and set aside
- Dip the slices of bread in warm coconut milk and then dip in the egg.
- Place the coconut oil in a skillet or large pot.
- Place the slices of bread in the skillet to fry and leave it on low heat.
- Take care not to burn, turn over carefully and wait for both sides to brown.
- Carefully remove each slice from the skillet and roll in cinnamon sugar on both sides of the slices.
- Serve then đ
