- Ripe dwarf banana4 unit(s)
- Almond or oat flour2 cup
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- Candied fruit1 cup
- Black raisins1/3 cup
- White raisins1/3 cup
- Chopped dried apricots1/3 cup
- Xylitol Sweetener1 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Reserve a few berries to place on top of the cake before baking.
- In a blender, beat the bananas, coconut oil, eggs and xylitol sweetener until smooth.
- In a bowl or bowl put the almond flour, cinnamon powder and add the mixture beaten in the blender
- Mix well until smooth
- Dip the berries in flour so they don't sink into the cake.
- Put the berries (candied fruits, black and white raisins and dried apricots) and mix well
- Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
- Grease a mold with a little butter and oat bran
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes
- Put the dough in the mold and add the reserved berries on top to decorate the cake.
- Bake for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
- Great option to serve at Christmas dinner đđ§ đ
