  • Ripe dwarf banana3 unit(s)
  • Coconut milk1 cup
  • Almond or oat flour2 cup
  • Candied fruit1 cup
  • Black raisins1 cup
  • Icing sugar to taste
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, bananas, coconut oil and coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Place the almond flour in a bowl and add it to the mixture beaten in the blender, stir well until smooth.
  3. Add the candied fruit and raisins and mix well.
  4. Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
  5. Grease the mini cake or cupcake molds with a little butter and oat bran or almond flour
  6. Put the dough in the molds until half
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Expect to cool down completely and carefully unmold your dumplings.
  9. Sprinkle icing sugar over the cookies to get that Christmas touch â„ïžđŸŽ„
  10. Serve then 😉🎄 great option to serve on Christmas Eve 🎄🎅
  11. Tip: The dough does not contain sugar as it already has the sweetness of candied fruits and grapes, which goes beyond the icing sugar 😉
