- Ripe dwarf banana3 unit(s)
- Coconut milk1 cup
- Almond or oat flour2 cup
- Candied fruit1 cup
- Black raisins1 cup
- Icing sugar to taste
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil1/2 cup
- In a blender, beat the eggs, bananas, coconut oil and coconut milk until smooth.
- Place the almond flour in a bowl and add it to the mixture beaten in the blender, stir well until smooth.
- Add the candied fruit and raisins and mix well.
- Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
- Grease the mini cake or cupcake molds with a little butter and oat bran or almond flour
- Put the dough in the molds until half
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Expect to cool down completely and carefully unmold your dumplings.
- Sprinkle icing sugar over the cookies to get that Christmas touch âïžđ
- Serve then đđ great option to serve on Christmas Eve đđ
- Tip: The dough does not contain sugar as it already has the sweetness of candied fruits and grapes, which goes beyond the icing sugar đ
