- White chocolate540 g
- condensed milk395 g
- Dried fruits - apricot, cherry and cranberry1 cup
- Unsalted Cashew Nuts1 cup
- Chop the white chocolate and melt in the microwave or in a water bath.
- Mix the melted chocolate with condensed milk, fruits and chestnuts.
- Place in a refractory lined with plastic wrap. Take to the fridge for 1 hour. Unmold and cut into squares.
