- Semisweet Chocolate200 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Water6 tablespoon
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Egg whites3 unit(s)
- Take the chopped chocolate along with the milk cream to the microwave for 1 minute. Stir well to melt all the chocolate. Reserve.
- In a pan, add the water and sugar, and let it boil for 5 minutes, without stirring, to form a syrup.
- Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff. Keep adding the hot syrup to form a meringue.
- Add the melted chocolate to the meringue, just mixing with the fouet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm up.
- In a mold with a central scoop, keep adding, interspersing the chocolate mousse with the cream ice cream.
- Cover with plastic film and take to the freezer for 4 hours.
- Tip: to decorate in a Christmas atmosphere, make a syrup by taking candied fruits, raisins, cherries in syrup to the fire.
