- Recipe
- Unsalted butter, cubed150 g
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- 70% cocoa or semisweet chocolate cut into pieces150 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar or xylitol sweetener75 g
- Icing sugar for garnishing to taste
- Ice cream to serve with to taste
- Red fruit syrup to accompany (recipe in my profile on Christmas cheesecake) to taste
- You will need 150 ml molds to bake the dumplings
- Grease the molds with a little butter and cocoa powder or flour
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds
- Wait for the melted chocolate and butter to cool down.
- In a bowl beat the eggs together with the sugar and add the melted chocolate and butter that you waited to cool down and mix well until smooth
- Sift the flour over this mixture and mix gently.
- Place the dough halfway into the molds to avoid overfilling.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 5 to 6 minutes or until the dough rises.
- Remembering that it should not be overbaked as the inside of the Petit Gâteau must be creamy
- Allow to cool and unmold carefully.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream with red fruit syrup and sprinkle icing sugar on your Petit Gâteau
