- Place the flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast in a bowl.
- Gradually add the warm milk and mix with the dry ingredients until uniform. After mixing the butter or oil little by little and kneading for 25 minutes by hand or 10 minutes in the planetary mixer. The dough must be smooth in veil point. After kneading, leave this dough to ferment in a closed place and don't forget to cover the bowl. Ferment for 40 minutes.
- After fermentation, open the dough with a rolling pin and add the fruits and raisins. Roll the dough into a cylinder and place in a round, donut-shaped baking dish. Let it ferment in the pan for 30 minutes.
- Brush an egg yolk and place in the oven - preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden. Make a delicious coffee and just serve
