  • Sugar2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder3 teaspoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Water (Slurry)1/2 unit(s)
  • Sugar (Slurry)2 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon( syrup)1 tablespoon
  • Dulce de leche (topping)400 g
  • Sour cream (topping)200 g
  1. Beat the eggs with the oil, milk and sugar well beaten, Mix the cinnamon and add the wheat little by little, nothing well and add the baking powder
  2. Unite shape with margarine and wheat flour and preheat the oven, take the cake to bake for about 35 to 40 minutes at 180 degrees
  3. Mix the water with the sugar and cinnamon and drizzle the cake while it is still warm.
  4. For the frosting mix the dulce de leche with the cream and cover the cake, if you want you can sprinkle paçoquinha over it that is delicious
