Churros Cake

No liquidificador,bata os ovos,leite,óleo,açúcar e canela,por 1 minuto. Acrescente a farinha e fermento,e envolva à mão. Leve à uma forma untada e asse em forno pré aquecido em 180°.




In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and cinnamon for 1 minute. Add the flour and yeast, and mix by hand. Take it to a greased shape and bake in a preheated oven at 180°.




Cobertura:

1 lata de leite condensado 
100 ml de leite 
1 colher(sopa) de margarina
4 colheres(sopa) de açúcar

Numa panela, derreta o açúcar até virar um caramelo,acrescente o leite e a margarina. Mexa até derreter. Acrescente o leite condensado e mexa até atingir o ponto desejado. 

Roof:

1 can of condensed milk
100 ml of milk
1 tablespoon of margarine
4 tablespoons of sugar

In a pan, melt the sugar until it turns into a caramel, add the milk and margarine. Stir until melted. Add the condensed milk and stir until you reach the desired point.
