- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Crystal sugar1 cup
- Whole eggs2 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Whole milk1 cup
- Cinnamon Powder1 coffee spoon
- Condensed milk1/2 to taste
- Place the eggs and sugar in the mixer (beat for +/- 1 minute)
- Add the oil (mix with the spatula)
- Put the milk, wheat flour and beat (adjust the flour stuck in the corners with the spatula)
- Add the cinnamon (beat for +/- 2 minutes)
- Put the yeast and give it a light beat (just to mix)
- Grease the mold (pudding) well with plenty of margarine or release agent
- Pour the condensed milk into the mold and place the cake on top.
- Preheated oven for 10 to 20 minutes (200°), place the shape with the dough in a water bath with vinegar, take it to the oven and after 25 minutes put the aluminum paper on top
- After 25 minutes, remove from the bain-marie and return to the oven with the aluminum foil for another 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool and then unmold.
