- put the liquid ingredients in the blender first, such as oil, eggs and milk;
- add cinnamon and sugar. Beat well;
- in a bowl put the wheat flour and the yeast and mix well;
- pour the contents of the blender into the bowl with the flour and baking powder and mix well;
- separate a round shape, preferably with a hole in the center, grease it with a lot of butter and then put the condensed milk;
- Pour the cake batter into the mold very slowly so that it does not mix with the condensed milk:
- place in a preheated oven at 180°C for half an hour;
- Let the cake cool, then unmold and serve.
- You can fill the Churros cake with condensed milk cooked in the can, it tastes much better; If you prefer, you don't need to add the cinnamon on the topping.
