- Dulce de leche or brigadeiro100 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- In a blender, add the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, beat for about 2 minutes and set aside;
- In a bowl, sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and mix;
- Pour the liquid into the bowl and stir well until the dough is homogeneous;
- In a greased and infarcted form, transfer the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
- In a pan, put the dulce de leche, the cream, turn on the low heat and stir non-stop;
- When the frosting starts to thicken, it's ready;
- With the help of a spoon, spread the frosting over the cake;
- Now it's just serving.
