- In a pressure cooker over medium heat, place the condensed milk can, cover with water and cook for 20 minutes after taking pressure.
- Turn off the heat, remove the pressure from the pan, remove the can of cooked condensed milk and let it cool.
- Place in a piping bag fitted with a pitanga tip and set aside.
- In a bowl, place, stirring after each addition, the eggs, sugar, oil, milk, wheat flour, powdered cinnamon, chemical baking powder and continue stirring until a homogeneous mass is formed. Reserve.
- Distribute equal portions of the dough into 10 cupcake molds, place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Once cold, decorate the cupcake with boiled condensed milk, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
