- Water250 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour200 g
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Cinnamon to taste
- Oil3 cup
- Put the water in a pan and put it on the fire when the water is already hot add the butter and sugar mix well
- Gradually add the wheat flour, stirring until it doesn't stick to the pan.
- Remove from the heat and add the eggs one by one until all the dough is mixed.
- Place in a pastry bag with the tip in the shape of a pitanga
- Put the oil in the frying pan to heat up, then put the churros dough in the oil, the size is at your discretion
- Place on paper towel to dry, then pass in sugar with cinnamon and fill with dulce de leche with the same nozzle that was used to make the fomato.
